Bookkeeper services may be provided in a variety of ways and with a variety of software programs. Most privately owned businesses in the business world use Quickbooks as their primary accounting software. Quickbooks is relatively inexpensive, user friendly and provides a wide variety of functions and reports. Wilsdrof & Associates staff hold advanced Quickbooks certifications and are experts in the set up and use of Quickbooks software. Our professionals are also familiar with Sage and other advanced accounting software packages.
In the past almost all bookkeeper services were provided at the clients work location. With current technology it has become more common to provide bookkeeper services primarily remotely with client location meetings as needed. In all cases, the solution is suited to meet the needs of you and your business. Remote bookkeeper services can be accomplished using shared Quickbooks online software of by using shared access solutions to client Quickbooks software.

What services do you provide?
Wilsdrof and Associates, Inc. provides bookkeeping and income tax preparation services both in-house and virtually (online). There are many different services that are provided from help with initial setup of your bookkeeping system, tutoring to help you do your own books, all the way through doing it all and providing all of your current financial statements so you can concentrate on doing what you love best.
What do your services cost?
Our fee for Bookkeeping is $85 per hour or a contracted set monthly packaged price, depending upon the services needed. We offer an initial FREE CONSULTATION in order to determine your needs, and then you will be given a client engagement letter that will detail your needs and the associated fees.
Will you replace my current CPA?
Yes, or no. We can assume the bookkeeping responsibilities that your accountant currently provides for you at a much more reasonable price. We can also take over your tax preparation services at a more reasonable price if you would like as well. You may wish to keep you current CPA or we would be happy to recommend someone to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Cash, Checks and Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, Paypal, Fee Collect (withholding your fee directly from your refund), Square, Venmo and Bitcoin.
